Default Ebay are there any decent alternatives?

I really hate getting stitched up with listing fees, selling fees and then to top it off paypal fees. Extortionate when you work it all out!
Any Subaru bits and bobs I have or come across I prefer to sell here and on my local forum as its more socialable and better value for everyone.
However I have other items Id like to shift on and prefer not to use ebay if possible. Idea's?

Tottaly agree with you mate,at 1 stage you could sell stuff on ebay and get some reasonable sales and a small profit at times. Now its just a rip off.I recently sold a mint I- phone on there for £275.00,by the time all the fees were taken off and paypal had its share i got £233.00
