Default Hawkeye Rattle

Hi All,
I am getting a rattle / squeaking noise from inside the car when going over speed bumps or rough roads. Its coming from the rear left inside the car. Anyone else had this and any pointers to what it is?

try packing it with rags down the side so it is hard to close
will be held tight closed
then try it down the road see if rattle is still there

Hi

Sounds daft but either get someone else to drive while you sit in the back seat and hunt for the noise. If the noise is further back its time for a ride in the boot

Did this once in my e36 m3 except i drove and made my mate got in the boot! (you can put the seats down in the beemer tho) Found the problem instantly! Cracked suspension turret! Wont be that on yours tho but you will be able to pinpoint the sound.

If you take off the trim near the seat belt mount and the door there are a few clips that hold wires and pipes in place - these are an extremely loose fit and can rattle.
