Prodrive and IM (Subaru UK) Tel Numbers?

Does anyone know the telephone numbers for Subaru UK (IM) and Prodrive with reference to the Prodrive Performance Package for the MY99 car?
I do not have a certificate for the kit that I got fitted at a dealer, and would like one... as I understand you are meant to get one (I got it fitted in Aug 2001) ... hence why I would like to contact them.
