how come my avatar wont move and some poeples do... ive tried animated ones but the dont move its just a still picture

I may be wrong but dont they have to be GIF format to be animated ?

It plays up sometimes. If it still doesn't work, post a link to the image and I'll see if can upload it properly from my end.

(has to be a .gif file though )
