Default question for the mappers

right am looking for the mappers on here for some advice
i have a my00 which has been mapped to circ 325 on my standard ecu which am happy with and not looking to take the car any further
but am wanting LC and FFS
so am asking whats your opinions on these

Ones I have seen were fairly harsh on engine with imho risk of valve damage.
Not sure if you can adjust rate of cut to make them kinder?
Worked v well though

The new ones (rev 2) have variable timing retard, the old ones (rev 1) didn't.
;-)
