Decat confirmitaion
Hi all,
I about to sercome to decat and mapping of my 2.5 sti.
Is it only the second cat, the one the center resonator, attaches
to that is decated and leave the first one in? I was told the first one is fine to leave in and will allow mot pass and no problem for power output?

the first cat is the one that saps all your power,get a sports cat before you remap,or decat all the system,but you will have to refit your cat for mot

The big 1, If you only remove the cat that you mention you would still be able to achieve very good figures maybe 320-340, after all thats all what a ppp would give you !!
