Default Windscreen wiper arms ??

My passenger side wiper judders whatever I do I have replaced them for an aero type blade which are meant to be the best but one still judders. I have tried bending the arm but this only works for a short time or selected speed, so I was thinking about replacing the whole arm has anyone done this or had similar problems can you even buy one wiper arm

I have already fitted a descent set of blades but it always does the same on the passenger side. I will try claying but I don't think thats the problem,I have bent the arm so much now that I don't think it has the correct pressure on the screen hence why I was thinking about getting a complete new arm, but not to sure where to get one
