A large part of the answer to that would depend on whether the TD05 in question was straight or right-angle entry. Angle entry turbos won't fit without conversion.
If it's a straight entry it will physically fit, but the engine won't be correctly mapped for it. So it'd run, but you're unlikely to get tidy performance and could be volunteering for a damaged engine.

As above. But why do you want to fit a TD05? It is not exactly a power upgrade. 10 bhp in it if that. The TD05 is probably tougher. The 90 degree entry would be a hassle to you but looses little or no power for the 90 degree entry in my experience. A front entry is a direct fiy. Some oil pipe feed changes that is all.
