my shocks are sticking so im going to try this

my shocks are sticking mainly on the rear,someone posted this link http://www.scoobymods.com/04_sti_rea...ar+strut+clunk .....do you think its worth doing and any idea of how difficult and how long it would take to do the rear shocks?

Ok IF you guys dont want to do this

then try buying some 'white lithium grease' , jack the car up strip plastic cover off the shock and give it a good spray of the stuff. Should cure the noise for at least 5-10k miles.
