for all of you that remember the thread I posted a while back about my insurance co messing me about then here is an update

I wrote to my insurance co a few days after posting the thread. I told them that I thought that they weren't doing enought to fight my claim and that I was very dissappointed with the way that they were handeling things. I also told them that if they didnt pull their finger out then I would be taking legal action myself.
I then spoke to the window cleaner who witnessed the accident and got him to photo copy the satement that he was sending to my insurance co. I also sent off for the Police report. I then rang the insurance co and they told me that they have recieved the witness staement and that they have written to the third party's insurance co and told them that they are liable. My insurance co said that it may take a couple of weeks to get a reply but that things were looking promising (A dramatic change from the doom and gloom story they told me a month ago!). Fingers crossed I'll get my car back next weekend , and when this is sorted out hopefully some compensation for being left without a car for 3 months!!
