Saw a VERY LOUD white scooby police car in Leicestershire - in town and on the A47 on the way to Peterborough. Reg X607 ###

As well as a marked Scooby there is also an unmarked one (blue I think). I've seen both on the M69. Know about the unmarked one as I've seen it stopping someone on the M69.
