Where's the best place to buy a new turbo and cat for a Honda Accord?
Sorry it's not an Impreza topic, trying to help out a mate.
He has a Honda Accord Tourer turbo diesel 2.5 CDTi 2005 model.
Recently it suffered turbo failure, and he's been told by the dealer that it needs a new turbo and cat. Unbelievably, they've quoted £3700 to do this work!
The turbo part number is apparently GT1752V.
Does anyone know of anyone he could try and get a second hand or reconditioned unit outside of the dealership as for that sort of money he just can't justify repairing it.
