Default Prosport boost gauge sensor replacement/quiery

Did they supply 2 different sensors with these gauges? i've just sourced a replacement for mine but its slightly different from the one that it came with, this is the replacement

is anybody using the sensor in the picture & does it work ok & seem accurate? the wiring seems better as its a plug into the sensor's not fixed like the orignal, but as you can see in the picture the vacuum attachment is crap plastic & this turned up snapped so waiting for another replacement the orginal was metal

ive got similar problem mine has broken on black box to manifold, danny has priced me 15 quid inc delivery just waiting for confirmation email ( boost gauge)

I got the replacement from RSpec performance wasn't cheap though £29 Inc next day delivery but they sent it out in a jiffy bag & as you can see didn't turn up in one peice then wouldn't refund me the postage to return it so I'd stick with Danny for a replacement, my orignal sensor was over reading so hoping the new one sorts this, did yours come with the above sensor then mate?

I'm just waiting for Rspec to send the replacement mate hopefully they pack it abit better & it doesn't turn up broken this time, my orginal sensor that came with the gauge from Danny was totally different it had no plugs the wires where fixed & the vacuum port was metal

How much are you asking for them mate? Are they the above type or the ones fitted with the metal vacuum port? cheers mark
