hi

i know its a pain to fit the white dials to the version 3's etc. and could break it

impreza classic LOCKWOOD clocks on eBay (end time 27-Oct-09 19:58:31 GMT)

if i buy this

would it work?

could i just swap it over and save the worry of breaking it?

yes its a straight forward job if u buy the replacement clocks you've seen! all u will need to do once u get it is, remove 2 black screw's at top of dail surround also 2 at the bottom where ur electric mirror switch is, u should now be able 2 remove that surround which lets u into where the clocks r fitted, u will now see 2 gold screws above the clocks remove them! and down below another 2 black 1 beside the fuel gauge! and 1 beside the temp gauge! now the clocks will be loose but at either side ul need to disconnect the plugs going into the dails and the little blue plug aswell it will be behind the rev counter! unplug the speedo cable and the clocks will just come out now!

1 thing 2 be aware off u may need unplug the speedo cable from the gearbox to reconnect at the dash as its not a very long cable
