Default Drilling a Nur Spec Bung ??

Got a nurspec and have the bung fitted, its nice like this but i would like it slightly more louder but without the bung its too loud,so cant win.

thought about drilling 4 13mm holes in it to improve flow as well as the sound

would it **** it up tho ???

cheers

Dont really know if it would make any difference ,i have a bung for my vortex, and when its fitted you can cruise down the motorway for hours with no cabin drone, but you do notice the difference in performance when the bung is taken out.
IMHO you have 1 of the best exhaust made for a subaru - especially soundwise ,with the bung you have the best of both worlds(loud in the day ,stealth at night) - do you really want to start drilling hole s in an exhaust that looks and sounds so DAMNED good, i personally wouldn't - just turn the stereo up a bit more

As an alternative why not sell the Blitz and buy a quieter system secondhand. They fetch good money second hand and you could have a bit of extra cash?
A bung affects the performance obviously and whilst i can see the logic as an occasional one off i would go for another system if its too loud for you day to day(and they are for me)

I have the exact same problem as this. I run 90% of the time with the bung in cos it's just far too droney on a long run. Then with the bung out the car feels a lot sharper in the higher revs. Cant win lol....
