Default quick answer needed please...

My scoob is about to have its big service tomorrow(diff/Gear/engine oil)...however i need to know whether or not to have the air filter changed with oem standard panel or whether to try a K&N one? Any gains or benefits from this? If not, whats recommended?

Thanks in advance

They're all much of a muchness, at least you don't have to change it every service if you buy an aftermarket one.

Go for a Subaru STi panel filter unless you have lots of mods.

get a panel filter such as the k&n, lasts a lifetime, £50 roughly and does give better air flow
