has anybody ever had any dealings with Welcome to Howard Basford's Web Site there picking the scooby up tonight for some repairs thanks to a very nice lady from there website they seem a good company but just wanted to know if any of yo guys and girls had used them

the only up side to this crash is the fact iv got a brand new 318 m-sport touring as a courtisy car

not first hand but, a mate used them in liverpool some years back now (so they may have improved) the work AFAIK was good, problem was though they took ages to sort the damage out and they were pretty crap at keeping him "in the loop". up side for you though i suppose you have something decent as a replacement. my advice, if they ask for their car back, but will give you another, turn them down flat. my mate was promised "like for like", gave in a volvo S40- got back a ford KA.
