Long story short.
Mate off mine just bought a classic rang me and said he would bring it up. (i heard it coming from 4 roads away)
Went outside to have a look really really tidy classic as in split mint even the undertray was shiny looked standered except for some clinic stickers on back window. So i asked the question "what does it go like" then got in it bejesus it is one fast bugger as in really really fast. i wouldnt have had ago in my old evo.
Im bloody dieing to know what they have done to it he has reciepts but there manky and you cant make out what they say looks like a cup off tea been spilt on them.
I now know the second i want to go further than my knowledge on mine its going there!!!!!

No not really its got a front mount hidden behind bumper and its on a K reg (dont want to write full plate up for abovouse reasons)
Its been extremly well looked after i got under it to see if it had been bumped and the paintwork under the car looks like its been polished, real credit too last owner

No mate its red with gold wheels (b.ks i think) Only one small thing that lets it down is rocker cover gasket is weeping a very small bit. But im sorting that tommorow nite

Ill get him too mate. Im not easily impressed i normally just sit back and chat. but this thing going down the slipway to m62 is unbelivable.
He did line up against a brand new M3 at a set off lights on the dual carrage way and smoked it (safely to speed limit and on way home from getting it about 12 at nite.)
The bloke in bmw pulled in behind him at petrol station and exact word were "WTF is in that fella iv just given £47,000 for this"

Can you not see anything else obvious under the bonnet, like uprated turbo, fuel pressure regulator, etc etc? If its really that quick it cant be running standard boost so there must be a daws device or boost controller in it!!??

As for under bonnet you could quite litterally eat your dinner off it lol
Nothing really stands out except everything has been cleaned and polished. And hard pipe kit etc ill get some pics later and put them up

Seriously. If a Scooby is using a FMIC, then chances are it'll be around the low-mid 300s at least, possibly higher. A classic scooby at this level of tune is fast due to the strong power to weight ratio. Certainly too much for an M3 to sensible speeds.

sorry to add this as it is a little off topic but as this thread has gone the way of all the threads on this site i will add my 10 pence why is it some one posts an interesting subject then some **** has to start slagging it off are u all children or what im so pissed with it i shant bother visiting this site again theres some sound people on here its just a shame about the other tossers out there

Why is it WRONG for someone to be excited about their car or someone elses?
It annoys me that people have to make judgement because others dont have a massive knowledge of the cars mechanically or there grammar isnt up 2 A* standard.
The site is here for people to share and gain knowledge? (I thought)
I get the impression that a few people on here think they are the perfect impreza enthusiasts.
