does anyone no how much power a standard clutch can take on a 2000 turbo year 1999, as had mine remapped to 270/270 and when hard driving for a while it sometimes lets go . does this mean my clutch is on its way out . it only does it when its warm not first off or under normal use .

Hi mate, id say your satandard clutch should be able to cope with that if it was a good one. I think maybe its time for a change, prob just worth putting an uprated one in, especially if you are planning on more power.

A worn standard clutch will not handle 270bhp my old one was the same, slipped like a coont after the remap Time for an uprated one mate
