fibre glass materials
ok im going to attempt to modify or make my own bumper. however, i need to know where i can purchase foam, fibre glass, carbonfibre and resin in large quatities?

Where abouts in the country are you? There are many people who deal with these things (I've used many of them over the years) By large quantities, you mean larger than say Halfords sell, not 225KG drums like I buy, I take it (or are you planning on knocking out a few of these??)
CFS are quite good and do the lot - Price can be negotiated - they will discount a lot!!
