Default 02 WAGON sti OR WRX noob ?

hi like some advice / help

have come across this at a private dealer..

a 02 impreza sti wagon

ask dealer if it was a jap import .. he says no European ?

here is a standard vehicle check

Make & Model Subaru
Engine Size 1990cc
Engine Number E120786GT33
First Registered 10 Apr 2002
Year Manufactured 2002
Body 4 Door Saloon
Colour White
Fuel Petrol

the check comes up as four door saloon when its a five door

i have no chassis plate info yet .but hopefully viewing car today


I am wondering is this a WRX badge up as a STI or is it genuine ?

It does not look like an sti wagon, i would have thought it would have brembo brakes and it looks like a wrx intercooler as well.

What box? Think all Version 7 STI 0nwards should have the awsome 6-speed, bigger intercooler and gold Brembo 4 pots, also the trim does wrx too.

Get applied model no off vin plate.

also is n't that a bolt on rear fog guard just below the rear bumper thought the standard uk models had an integrated rear fog guard built in the light cluster not a bolt on which could mean its a jap import???

not an STi ide say..as above no brembos, intercooler, STi seats etc

definately wrx i'd say, same interior as my wrx, speedo's, gear surround, seats, plus the brakes intercooler and inlet manifold are all wrx too
