Scooby or Honda RSX ??
#1
I face a hard decision. Do I buy a new Scooby, with those ugly headlights, or wait for the new Honda RSX, or even a new Astra turbo ???
I have driven the Scooby and it is the muts nuts, but do I buy one. Will people laugh at me when I get out of it ??
The Astra was pretty impressive, but its a Vauxhall. It is also cheap.
The RSX looks good on paper, and as a current VTEC Owner I am very tempted. However they are gonna be a bit sluggish before 5500 Rpm.
Maybee if I knew of some headlight modifications, I might be convinced.
Anyone know of Any ??
Thanks,
Olly )
PS. Took a test drive at SGT in Taplow. I would never go back here, as the salesman was so far up he own @rse, he hardley noticed me !
WORST GARAGE EVER !! How did they get the JD Power award ??

Go for the scooby
I'm sure there be some head light upgrades down the line.
No one will dare laugh at you, you'll blow them away with that acceleration anyway its a scooby.
For get about Vauxhalls mate
The Honda I don't know?? the VTech is a bit noisy especially on motorways.

I think your right.
The scooby is in a league of its own.
I am just a bit gutted about the look of the thing. It is growing on me though.
It is also quite tempting that you can save £4500 on import.
I was gonna buy one from a dealer, but SGT really pissed me off, to the extent I wrote them a letter of complaint.
They really havnt got a clue how to treat people, especially as I was a cash buyer.
What really pissed me off is that a guy from the Lotus franchise next door took me for the test drive, and it seemed pretty obvious that he did not know the first thing about the car.
Also when I spoke to the salesman, he did not want to know, and really looked down his nose at me. What a stuck up **** !!
Anyway, they lost £21500 from me.
Incidently, I found some pics of some actual WR Impreza's. They all had different headlights.
I will try and find the link, and post it.

SGT Taplow are well known for being so up thier own **** its unreal, avoid at all costs.
Alsp known for overcharging for second hand cars, they ask silly prices
Just because they have a Lotus franchise they think they are the dogs danglies, don't deal with them
note :- never actually bought from them , they were so obnoxious I couldn't bear to... bought an STi instead, their loss my gain

an RSX is the next generation of Integra type R, the prototype is called RSX but the car should be named Integra Type R.
It will be ran by a 2.0l 16v VTEC outputting 220bhp....

The RSX is the new replacement for the Integra and the Prelude.
It will be out this summer, and has 200Bhp on tap, produced from a 2000cc Vtec engine, which now has some other new feature.
Looks like a mean mother.
