If I get my car serviced at some where like Scooby sport!! Does this void my warranty? If they use genuine Subaru parts, am I OK???

You should be fine as long as they use Subau parts. try asking mr Croney, ie the boss at Scoobysport.

Book says in accordance with manufactures service intervals, nothing about it having to be done by a dealer. The handbook even tells you how to do most of it anyway as if they are expecting a bit of DIY.

However can you prove that you have followed the correct interval if the service book has no scooby stamps in it and the engine blows up?? just a thought
