am travelling to london week after next to go to madame tussauds, will i be liable for the congestion charge? cheers mark

If you come up the A40 then you dont hit the zone by the time you get to Tussauds. You can park at the NCP at 170 Marylebone Road.

park outside the zone and get the train in its alot easier than parking the car
specialy in the ncp at 3 million quid an hour
