I wrapped a downpipe and I was amazed at how much it took. I may be wrong but I think it took 10m.
I got mine off ebay although I had info from some of the specialists on hear to buy "theirs" as Ebay stuff is crap. Mine works fine.

Try the tech section.

Another tip is to soak it in water first I just wrapped 60% of the exhaust on my Cosworth and I was fine afterwards I wrapped the downpipe on my Subaru with the heat wrap dry and I was itching afterwards

Another tip is to paint it with high temp paint afterwards, it helps hold it together and helps with it absorbing water when it rains. If it absorbs water it stinks, rots & steams Both times I did mine I used BBQ paint

Have you tried PM Harvey on here he does the ported headers and stuff, I got mine from him he is very helpful and will tell you everything you need to know. Word of warning tho its not cheap and you do get through a lot of material, but hay if your going through the trouble to wrap headers then you really only want to do it once with the best possible results, so make sure you buy the good stuff
But buy cheap buy twice
