Default WHAT WHEELS?

would i have problems with scraping on the arches, full lock etc if i fit my car with 18" with 225 tyres?
i am also thinking of lowering it 35mm will i get problems?

May get away with 225/35's but 215/35 is the recommended tyre size on classics

I recently fitted 225/35 tyres to my 18" wheels on my MY00 Wagon. I've not noticed any rubbing at full lock or otherwise.

Mine is not lowered, you may have issues if you lower it.

I found that there was inadequate rim protection with 215/35.

That's why they sell them with 15's or 16's as standard...

Prodrive only advised going to 17" so any bigger is pointless unless you have some seriously large brakes to avoid.
