Default advice on parts

taken from andy-forrest website this is what i am doing to my v7 sti but need help with some parts ie. headers and uppipe i want a small uppipe so that i get early spool up. what injectors will i go for thanx in advance.


Level 4 390-410 bhp

Full Decat turbo back 3” bore exhaust system
Tubular exhaust headers and flow matched uppipe
Walbro 255 l/hr uprated fuel pump
Ecutek custom remap
Twin boost set up for high/low power switchable in-car
NGK PFR 7B uprated spark plugs
Twin port 650cc Injectors
Custom cold air induction
AFP 321H custom turbocharger with fitting kit

iv'e got some bkr7eix plugs.
there the same as pfr7b's but iridium..
platinums are ok but iridium are better.
i have a set in mine and never given missed once

harvey does a ported and wrapped up-pipe for the 3 bolt headers. it's 3" to 2.5" to help with spool up.

not sure how good they are but i have purchased one and it looks the part, fitting it this weekend to mine.

NGK PFR 7B uprated spark plugs, are on the car
induction pipe, i have a aps induction kit
exhaust, prodrive downpipe h&s center section with a tsl firestorm back
3 port boost solenoid, to go on

thats what i have got so far and will get the rest when i can find it cheap enough am not on a budget but why pay over the odds when there is bargains to be had lol

anyone else recommend headers with uppipe to help with spool up
