Default Info please

Im after some info as im stuck for choice.

I just found out that my type r sti as got a td04 turbo which some one must of put on before i owned it.

Ive been offered a td05 16g and a vf30.

Im gonna upgrade it but im stuck for choice as ive been told the td05 16g would be better choice over a vf30 but need some help on choice.

TD05 16G would be my choice for 300 / 325 + BHP

Tough critter and capable of breaking most classic OEM Clutches and drivetrains if mapped properly

im after 400bhp ive got a front mount, yellow top injectors, walbro fuel pump, its just the turbo now.
