Default Curiosity: What do you need to run full ALS?

Just wondering what you need to run Full ALS?

ECU,
Turbo which can take the temps,
header&DP which wont melt.

Anything else?

Engine build after every few events?

I think those who use full blooded ALS in competition just have deep pockets to replace parts when the go pop mate, to be honest.

I could be wrong

ok.

What is the strain caused by the ALS then? Is it the fact the timing has been altered so puts more stress on all the engine components?
