hi all
i have a awd sport impreza with a poorly steering rack, is there a way to repair it or would it have to be a new one, if i need to get a replacement would anyone have a recon one for sale.

What's wrong with the rack?

I think you can refurb them, but by the time you've done that it might be cheaper to get a new (second hand) one.

thanks for reply,its leaking steering fluid into gaiter on drivers side, i dont know if its meant to, any idea how much second hand ones are going for.

I manged to pick up a second hand (but unused) one for £100, but I'm sure you can get them cheaper than that...
