Default flaking laquer

hi i have a few places on the car where the laquer is flaking (mainly bumpers) is there an easy fix or is it a bodyshop job cheers j

Its a respray job unfortunately

if they are really small a bodyshop might be able to re-laquer without a full paint and laquer respray. Otherwise as tony says its re-spray time

Even if they are really small, To flat them back would break threw both clear and colour so they would need to either be localised and blown in (not the best option) or flatted and repainted.

Generally, if its flaking it will only get worse as it has not been prepped correclty the last time it was painted...
