My broadband connection along with many other BT customers has been down for a few days. Restored........................for now.

 

Harvey, if you've got dodgy Broadband invest in a USB 3G dongle which uses wireless technology - it's a good backup to ADSL if your running a business that depends on e-mail / Internet:

Thanks Andre. Until now I had not considered that but it seems like a good idea although this has been a particularly bad loss of BT Broadband it has been generally reliable if you allow for the fact that some days or evenings you lose connection two or three times for no apparent reason but it is infrequent. Yes the more I think about it this is a good idea and appreciate you taking the time to advise me.
