Afternoon all

I dunno if its because if the issues i had with my last car which has made me totally paranoid or what, but i have a fairly respectable sound system fitted to my car

Door components, sub woofer etc,

However I constantly find myself pausing my loud music (as in every 10 minutes or so lol) to listen for and knocks, rattles or bangs that maybe coming from the engine,

The car hasn't given me any cause for consern so why? lol

Am I alone?

i don't know about every 10 mins but no your not.

I had problems with a previous car(not a scooby tho) and i find myself doing it aswell. I think it has to do with wallet fear (in that we know how much it will cost if it goes wrong)

Spot on mate......I thought it was just me! I don't know why i bothered buying a cd player for my car.

I managed to blow the engine up on my old Scooby so since then I listen out for every noise.

It drives my girlfriend nuts

i do similar but for cirens.

Sometimes i think i hear a ciren so turn it down, and its just part of the song some how.

I get the knocking bit to but much less often
