hey guys after a spot of advice please i own a 95plate sti type ra and am considerring going for a 6 speed conversion what would i need to do this?? also were could i have the car undersealed and a rough price is this a garage or a bodyshop job? and finnaly are the induction scoops any good do they put a significant cold air supply in to the engine bay or are they more cosmetic? if there more cosmetic whats the best way of getting cold air in please....thanks in advance
