sti v3 heads vs v4 heads?

whats the differences?

i'm after sti v3 heads, but keep getting told the sti v4 are better

anyone.

just had a good deal on a set of sti v4 heads.
are there any dificultys fitting these?

Engine out, at the same time you might want to fit uprated studs, new cambelt. You will then need to have a remap to get the benefit of the different heads.

i'll put a check on it all mate.

studs?
i'm thinking wether or not to put the uprated fuel reg on to
so every thing can be mapped together
