Has anyone used the above mentioned company RECENTLY?
Reason is my wife ordered a print and a mug (personalised) for my birthday.
It said allow 28 days for delivery. Anyway two months (and my birthday) have passed and they have STILL not arrived.
My wife has left several messages but no reply, except a phone call off the 'artist' saying he had replyed but our e-mail but it mustn't be working
and that the order is being processed!
Some time has passed and still no artwork.
My friend rang the number (on behalf of my wife) that the 'artist' had rang us from and said "is that Carartz??" and the man who answered said no. Something is not right here and hes had my wifes money off
Anyone else had a similar problem with them?? And has anyone got a real contact number for them??
