Default Securing Car Spotlights

Many years ago when I had my RS2000, I had 2 Cibe spotlights fitted on the front. The lights were held onto the bracket with a conventional hexagonal nut but I bought a threaded round nut that hand tightened upto the hexagonal nut but had an small hardened screw passing through the body of the round nut that you could tighten with an allen key.

This was a simple tamperproof device to stop anyone using an adjustable spanner from unscrewing the hex nut.

I've searched everywhere for these tamperproof nuts but cannot find them.

Has anyone seen similar or can recommend how I can stop anyone walking away with my spotlights?

I know the ones. round with an M10 thread straight through ,about 10mm thick and an M5 grub screw in the side of it. Maybe you could speak to a local engineering firm to knock you some up. Quite simple to make really.
