Are standard 2001 Bugeye wheel nuts tapered?

Are standard 2001 Bugeye wheel nuts tapered?
I'm having my wheels fitted tomorrow but the nuts haven't turned up yet so because the nice man at the garage has set aside the morning to do my car I wondered if the standard nuts would fit the new alloys which aren't tapered
