Hey all, popped in to graham walkers today to ask about prices on fixing a small crack in my rear bumper that an inconsiderate driver has left me, got chatting to one of the guys about some of the cars they had there was a very nice new sti with recaro interior, double din sat nav, keyless entry etc and just felt so right when sitting in it,but they had a could of 03sti models for around 10k and i asked how much mine would be to chop in with 43000k on the clock and they said 5.5-6k for trade in ouch i payed 8500k 12 months ago.
I'll be sticking with mine as im enjoying it i have a few plans to make it as good as an 03 sti as i don't want to loose that much.

Trading in you're never going to get what u want...the garages feel they have to make money on the trade in as well as the sale... double money time...

thats the trade in value for a wrx 03 6k at the most if it were an sti the trade in value would be nearly 7.5k best to keep it for now.

I think £3k extra to trade up to a similar reg STI is a good price as there is sooo much more that can be done with the STI to get good power figures
