i posted your link on the i-club yesterday...
several members have tried to place orders and were told you would not ship to the states???
is this true??

I just privately flamed Si for this. But it is a logistics probelm, and things will clear up soon. Ah, we furriners, eh
Maybe JF will have some spare room in his boot though, so he can smuggle the stuff to the US this weekend

yes this is true *at present*.
Phase 2 includes the shipping to America and other countries so there is not long to wait.
There may be other alternatives, but we need to sort out all the export laws, etc first. Don't wory though, I promise you it will be worth the wait, as we have some great things planned for you!
