Question whats the right timing kit for my scooby?

what i need to know is what parts are in the kit belt, tensioner etc?,the part number for a dayco kit for a uk 98 turbo?,does the new tensioner come complete or is it just the bearing on the tensioner that i need?An answer to any of these would be helpful ....cheers.

all you need to know is if your car has the auto tensioner that comes with the kit or the hydraulic tensioner that is bought seperately.
