I got an autogauge set from him a couple of years back. Everything I needed was in the kit, and when he didn't have the GRP pod in stock he sent me the carbon one at no extra cost. It all worked first time and is still going strong now 2 years on

Here are some pics of the steath series 52mm gauges i got from him

IGN Off you get a smoked face

IGN On, Daytime driving with no headlights, white face

IGN On, Nightime driving with headlights on, green face

It looks cool at night because everything is lit green in my car, think the whole package was £150

Thats more like it! £150 for everything needed to fit? How much labour to fit oil pressure/temp and boost?
I think the white dials look better but will prob get green so it all matches

I got a freind to do it, he was pissed at the time, after going to a rock concert the night before!

Think it took about 2 hours from start to finish, but he used to be in the car audio trade for a number of years, so I guess he knows a bit more than me!

The hardest part was drilling and fitting a grommet in the bulkhead! to get the wires through to the centre bit of the dash!

You can set the gauges to white all the time OR green all the time, OR like me, split when you switch your lights on!

I have the same gauges as Woody69. These are not the best pics but gives you the idea

Again £150 including the pod and all of the LMA adaptors to fit which included the T-piece for the oil pressure sender and the adaptor for cylinder 3 for the oil temp. It did include hose for the boost gauge but I used some samco vacuum hose that was the same colour as the rest of my engine hoses. Took me about 2-hours to fit myself.

My mate has these in his Spec C, they do look good and I might upgrade to these in the future. I can't justify the money for defi's, but these look a little better than the auto gauge ones I have at the moment

Had these in my bugeye housed in a Scoobyworld pod. Light up red when you put lights on. Paid around £110 for the gauges I think. Absolute doddle to fit.
Prosport stepper gauges IIRC

Hey this is good I'm in the middle of getting some gauges at the moment. I'm looking towards the stepper ones where they do that opening sequence like that TVR LOL. How accurate are they???

Then there is the probs of fitting but I'm working on it. I'm inclined to have them fitted on the side pillar but Maydew's setup looks good.

Cheers for the feedback, Defis would of been out of my price range but i've ordered some gauges the prosport stepper ones and was just looking around for the oil pressure/temp T-piece sender if you know what i mean? Also a gauge pod for ontop of the dash.
Cheers

Got those as well before Nick stopped trading. Luckily he was on hand to tell the bozos at the scooby dealership how to fit them. Unfortunately they had a problem with the T-Piece and on the way home from the garage oil spurted out all over the engine bay. All in all it took them a week to get right

great thing with the stepper gauges is how they link into each other so you only wire one up ,on the newage you use the plug to the clock as the earth/live/ignition/dim is all there ready.
