Default Total (unknown) count at the gym today

Parked up at the gym with Kate for a long session of exhaustion and pain and heard this yelping... Wondered what the hell it was as I could pinpoint where it was coming from.

Turns out it was a poor dog in this vets box in the boot at a Vauxhall Zafira! It was 20 degrees outside and all the cars were in direct sunlight with the Zafira right in the middle of it with one window down about an inch. I lost my sense of humour pretty much on the spot

The poor sod was crying like mad so I asked the reception to get a call out to the ****. I hung around to see if they'd come out soon but no joy. Second call went out and again nothing. I asked them to call the police to smash the windows which they were going to do next so I went off into the gym and left it with their manager.

Turns out whoever it was heard the call and went passed reception without mentioning it and drove off, obviously knowing exactly why they'd been called out.

Boils me up knowing people like this are allowed to own pets.

GRRRRR!!!!!!

That's exactly why our dog stays at home in this weather, unless we are going out specifically to walk him!

If these people don't know how to look after animals they should never have them. There is some merit in dog licences, but it's these to55ers that would buck the system as usual.

Can't you report them to the RSPCA or something? Worth a try

Thanks pal. To be honest if the owner had shown up then i'd probably done a bad thing so hopefully they've learned a lesson.
