i've got a 1996 on p reg impreza turbo wagon with original bill of sale but the vin number makes no sense is some areas can any hep me cherrs tim ta

thanks for reply . but thats the site i got the information from how to read the vin but some of the letters & numbers on my vin are not listed or wrong as far as i know the car is a uk even got service warranty book with same confusing number in it ??? car was bought in scotland but dealer no longer exsist ????
