All of the above are optional extras, imo the only one worth getting is white wheels.(Maybe lightweight)
A clean bling engine is for show use imo

Dump Valve (in if duel port)
Flamer Kit (out - flames should come from tuning )
Stripes/decals (out if on road car - in if on track car)
White wheels (in if suits colour of car)
Engine Blinging (in as long as its semi functional or replacement parts. out if its excess for no reason)

I'd prefer no DV at all and a strong turbo
ALS so flames as standard
The odd decal
I had white wheels and would again
Not too fussed on shiney bits

Dump Valve:

Factory one: fine. Its fit for its purpose, opens at the right time, shuts at the right time, and vents downstream of the MAF. And can be made to be noisy by removing the intake silencer or fitting a cone filter. Hence no need for an aftermarket one whatsoever (except 500bhp cars running 35psi boost )

Flamer Kit. Waste of petrol. Decat and a tweek to the ecu map on the overrun will produce natural "real" flames

Stripes/decals:

Mobile billboard = fail (unless it actually used for commercial purposes)
Fast and furious wannabe= fail
WRC replica: As long as it has the cage, seam-welded bodyshell, suspension, brakes gearbox and engine etc to match, otherwise = fail (ducks for cover )
Cobra/Viper stripes: If its not a Cobra/Viper =fail
Anything else: subject to scrutiny, based on taste and originality (i.e not copying the rest of the flock) . I do find most are OTT, but it "could" be done tastefully.

White wheels: Different, I'll let that slide, makes a change to gold

Engine Blinging: Blinging a corroded filthy engine bay. Definetly. The engine bay has to look at least as clean as this before any blinging takes place: http://i91.photobucket.com/albums/k3...neIMG_0510.jpg Otherwise, fail.

And no horrible thick layer of shiny lacquer either (which seals in dirt, turns yellow and flakes off after a while), or rusty bolt heads/brackets (scum line in the washer bottle is allowed ).

All IMHO - each to their own, of course

Dump Valve - Yes, need one with FMIC, unless you go for td series 'flutter'
Flamer Kit - No, map in anti-lag
Stripes/decals - Yes, world would be boring if all our cars looked the same.
White wheels - Yes, if going for rally look or comined with the right colour.
Engine Blinging - Yes on a tidy clean engine bay and you do car shows.

White wheels - I like white wheels
Engine Blinging - Looks ok but pointless unless your showing your car

Hence why no two Scoobs are the same..everybody has different ideas on this..just to clarify my stance

Dump Valve..got one although the induction kit chatter is louder
Flamer kit....got a friend who's got one..think it's funky
Stripes/decals Thinking of going down this route with a Valentino Rossi replica a break from the norm
White wheels..not my cup of tea, but each tot heir own
Engine Bling...love it bring it on

Dump Valve
Flamer Kit
Stripes/decals
White wheels
Engine Blinging

I had white wheels and IMHO they are a nightmare, as soon as you drive down the road they are dirty. At least with other colours you don't notice the brake dust straight away.

Engine bling is cool, as your only showing the people interested in the first place, not ramming it down their throat.A tidy engine always goes down well when selling, also makes fluid leaks more obvious.
White wheels look cool in the right place.
The rest, do you even need to ask? Trash!!
