ive noticed than afew member have a subaru in there colour & model & either wrx or sti logo under user name

how do u add these or do u have be full payed up member to access this

It's open (at the moment) to Full Member/Full Member +/Plus users, so yes you'd have to pay something.

Click on 'User CP', the choose 'Edit Options' to enable it.
