thanks, ive been away myself with work for 2 weeks was expecting to find the goods when i got home , but nothing, i think i'll get the ferry to wales and rip his head off !!

Login your Paypal, "My Account" --> "Resolution Centre", Click on "Dispute a Transaction".
Then all you need is to wait. Last time I did it and the money returned to my account within 1 week. So it's quite an efficient system
