CAN SOMEONE JUST HELP?!!
I've paid this username chap daves_v7_sti via paypal for some coilpacks. Its been over 3-4weeks. He regularly comes online...and has not sent my item out! He claims he lost my address three times!
Anyone have an address or phone number for him, so I can pay him a visit!
He even offered the same item owed to me, to someone else in the wanted section earlier today. He doesnt respond to any emails or pm's. Catch him now before he ripps anyone else off.
Have opened a dispute on paypal for a while which he hasnt bothered to respond to either!
Someone help...I have a good feeling he lives close to me

I dont see how this is funny, I refunded everyone in the group buy, no one is out of pocket! On this ocassion I am!? will people watch out for him, he may sting someone else instead of me next time.

wat ever mate my account is not underivestigation im going to give you a refund by paypal and not do buisness with u again how can i post when ive lost ur adress and if u live in birmingham why do i have to post to devon ?

he also told me not to contact him through scoobynet as he said that hes had back luck with it he also told me that he was gonna close his accont down with scoobynet i will issue a full refund without a problem or bad feedback but please harry do not contact me or buy anything from me.....

So what your now trying to do is....justify how you kept on to an item you sold to me for 3weeks? Get reall! I bought the item, I reserve the right to have it shipped anywhere u.k. mainland.
So just to clarify your silly behaviour!?:
1. I sent payment three weeks ago, no answer from you
2. I chased and chased you with pm'd and emails...finally replying with
3. 'lost my address' WHAT THREE TIMES? get a life son.
4. I then continued to pm and email you with no response!
5. Opened a paypal dispute which you still didnt answer too.
6. And finally when I open this thread to the public...your just coming out with petty excuses one after the other.
Face it....you have no justified reason for holding on to a item I paid for 3weeks ago. I can have the right to have it shipped anywhere in the u.k..family, friends address etc wherever.
Refund me and thank you for not keeping any contact with me and wasting 3weeks on this petty silly game of yours.

How do you mean mate? I'm the one out of pocket here...and this dave guy is just taking the mick. If your gonna refund me, then refund me now please. I dont understand whats got behind this guy and why he's behaving like this? I've never delt with before either

couldnt the mods set up a user feed back folder for any transactions.
Users could link ther ebay etc to it aswell to show feedback from other forums
