Am i around the right figure for this

I'm looking to buy right now and a few things put me off:-
The rear tints - I know some like them but they are a big put off for me.
The miles are a bit high for me but average for a car of this age.
As I said in the FS thread, the seats aren't for an MY99/00 they are for a 97/98.
Was the induction kit on the car when it was mapped? These can be a put off due to fragile MAF on MY99/00
Don't get me wrong it looks mint, I like the colour and the interior looks in stunning condition. I had the TEK2 done on my old car at PE so I know it will have a fair old pace to it even at a mild tune.
