hope pistons and rods are included in the kit.
front mount, oilcooler, prob an aftermarket ecu, set of gauges to keep an eye on things.
diffs and driveshafts should be ok at that.
just out of interest whats the sugested budget for the upgrade? (total price)

£9k + There was mention of ECU, oil cooler, gauges, front mount & KSport 8 pots.
That comes to £12k right there. So the guess was not that far off.

Simtek 1000
Oil cooler 150
Autobahnn 88 FMIC 250
K sports 1000
TD05 20g 750
Injectors 500
Mapping 1000
boost controller 200
New clutch 250
New flywheel 250
Engine rebuild 2000
Obviously you have labour as well so add 1.5k for good luck!
Total 8850
If you were to fit all the bits yourself alot less
Also if you sourced some of the parts second you could save yourself 1k+
That's everything

Where's the PPG in that list and guages?
I'd be very surprised if it cost £1.5k labour. I thought it was about £1k for the engine in/out. Nevermind hacking your wing/bumper for front mount.
I thought the stroker kit inc fitting and accessories was £3200:

Anyway, it's closer to £12k all in, than it is £4k.

We can now supply a short block stroker, based on your rear thrust 2 litre block.
We specify a new 2.5 crank, with forged rods and pistons, using Cosworth engine bearings. The short block will be prepared and painted, ready to fit for £1800 inc vat.
The result will be strong enough for most applications, including the option of a thrust converted closed deck block, which should be pretty much bullet proof.
Call us for more details!

You can take an engine out in 6 hours and put it in in say 12 including doing the heads etc 40 quid an hour 820 quid!! plus the rest for clutch gearbox etc
Including PPG yes 12k is fair
It can be done for alot less if you source all the parts yourself and fit all the things yourself. My budget is 8k for 400/400
